YUNA

well, you will probably be guessing what does YUNA stands for right..well, it is a name of one of our indie singers in Malaysia..there was this night when i was flipping through my books for the finals, suddenly the voice of an angel struck my ears..mesmerized and shocked, i found out that the voice i heard on radio was actually the voice of our own local singer which i first thought that it would be the voice of a Hollywood singer but i was insanely wrong..eager to know more about her, i then Google-ed her. i can't believe what i saw.there it was an image of a normal Malay girl clad in tudung singing beautifully with her guitar..it is almost impossible to believe but it is true..when she sings, her voice changes, everything sounds right and it is like she's in her own world! the first song i heard from her was "deeper conversation" and believe it or not she really blew me away with her sweet voice and simple yet meaningful song..

Yuna is a Law student from Uitm, Shah Alam and she writes her own songs and plays the guitar by her own..recently, in October 2008, she has released her first EP album..i can say all of her songs are nice to listen to and yet meaningful! I've never realized that we have such good talents before this..she's the bestest to me so far! i'm currently addicted to her songs and music..local indie bands rock! so let's all support them!
