Movie marathon

At last I finally managed to pay my summons today after queuing up for almost 4 hours!!!Reached the police station at 6.30am but had to wait for kinda long because of some(well, literally almost all) "civilized" Malaysians who are just good at cutting queues!

After that went for a movie marathon at Pyramid with tqa and ida. Felt very dizzy after watching "black swan' because of the unstable camera movements! I swore I didn't really enjoy the movie at all because of that. Just glad that I didn't throw up in the cinema! :p- Right after that, we went on for our second movie, which was "the rite". I can say that it was a great movie even though it isn't all that scary.

Well, days seemed to pass by very fast nowadays, and that means time to get back to work tomorrow! :(

Woke up by a phone call from my colleague saying that I don't need to go to work today simply made my day brighter than ever! :) My sister and brother in law are coming back today from UK! I can't wait to receive the things that I've asked my sister to buy for me!

On a happier note, sometimes it feels good to have someone to care for you when no one else does. :)

I just got home from a great seafood dinner at SS2 with my beloved girlfriends, who never failed to make me smile and laugh like a mad woman! :) I'm really grateful to have them in my life. On a random note, the saying "time will heal everything" really doesn't make sense to me and I've proved it wrong. Yes, time does make you stronger but it doesn't heal the pain and make you forget. Don't know why I've been feeling kinda emotional lately. Wish i could just forget everything for 1 day, but seriously I can't.

1. I'm now into facebook! well ya..like finally!
2. Wanted 2 donate blood today at College but my good intention was being rejected as they said that my blood pressure is lower than the minimum requirement that they require!
mind you, today was the 4th time that i wanted to do so but failed!
the 1st time was because i was still underage..
2nd was because my blood pressure was low..
3rd was because i was consuming some medication earlier before that day..
and now i have problem with my blood pressure again!
the nurse even checked it twice just to reconfirm it ok!
i was so confident that everything will go well but ended up this way...
never mind, will try my luck again next time! :)

so, because i can't donate my blood, i accompanied Arn Tin and Chun Cher for the good cause instead of going back home straight away..

Month of baking and Jacqueline's early birthday celebration!!

my mum has once again continues her interest in baking..
and because of that me and my sisters get to eat different cakes every weekend from now on..

darling Hana's 21st birthday party! :)

let me started off by what had happened on Friday..
went to kerinchi with Mabel to get my payment after so long which was almost 2 months of waiting
confronted the useless manager and he wanted to cheat me at 1st but hey don't look down on me because I'm not weak ok! felt so funny because he was so scared of me and straight away i got my money! haha...now i have problem with my TIS report because the hotel says that they are busy and have no time to be interviewed by me..so unconsiderate at all!!
then, went to mydin and the bakery shop to buy the ingredients for hana's birthday..

ok moving on to the happier note, we had celebrated hana's birthday in advanced today!!
the actual date is on the 16th of feb by the way..
had a small party at my place and everyone brought something to eat because it was like a potluck party..
i started preparing everything at 12pm and it only ended at around 5pm..
baked an american chocolate cake for hana and also fried rice...
thank god it all turned out to be tasty and nice! :)

Happiness is actually there when you do believe in its existence

me and my besties; mabel and ain spent a total of 10 hours in One Utama searching for presents and watched the "Bride Wars"..
for me the movie sucks and it was just plain boring! just like what they wrote about it in the newspapers.. :(
I'm tired and my legs are hurting..
but thank god we got what we wanted! :)

holidays??

it's been awhile since I've been here again..
too many things to be done + I'm lazy
I'm am so confused right now about my TIS report..
i think i should change my topic and just the entire report
but I'm just not so sure whether the new topic is better than now or maybe worse?
i hope i will get the answers to my questions immediately
so i can continue with the report and finish it immediately

hard core nerds and steamboat

the title says it all..went out with my bestie, mabel to have steamboat at Yuen Steamboat restaurant at Sunway Mentari..got in the car and we realized that we were wearing the same t-shirt that writes: "hard core nerd". haha..it was quite embarrassing and people might thought that we are working for the same company or some sort like that but we don't give a damn..lol..i remember wearing the same shirt once when we were in college..

ok back to the steamboat, we didn't really eat that much because i don't know why whenever i eat steamboat too much, i will feel dizzy..and so does mabel..but it was worth it because we didn't eat that less either..missed out the chance of trying their famous chicken wings because our table was far away from the counter and once we reached there, there will be no more left for sure..but it's alright because we had a great time together!

well, you will probably be guessing what does YUNA stands for right..well, it is a name of one of our indie singers in Malaysia..there was this night when i was flipping through my books for the finals, suddenly the voice of an angel struck my ears..mesmerized and shocked, i found out that the voice i heard on radio was actually the voice of our own local singer which i first thought that it would be the voice of a Hollywood singer but i was insanely wrong..eager to know more about her, i then Google-ed her. i can't believe what i saw.there it was an image of a normal Malay girl clad in tudung singing beautifully with her guitar..it is almost impossible to believe but it is true..when she sings, her voice changes, everything sounds right and it is like she's in her own world! the first song i heard from her was "deeper conversation" and believe it or not she really blew me away with her sweet voice and simple yet meaningful song..

Yuna is a Law student from Uitm, Shah Alam and she writes her own songs and plays the guitar by her own..recently, in October 2008, she has released her first EP album..i can say all of her songs are nice to listen to and yet meaningful! I've never realized that we have such good talents before this..she's the bestest to me so far! i'm currently addicted to her songs and music..local indie bands rock! so let's all support them!

Ain's brother's wedding reception at 3K complex

i just got back from the wedding reception with hana..only the 2 of us went because the rest of the gang have their own plans..quite sad but i had fun after all with the good food, cake and not to mention our camwhoring moments together as well! :) oh ya the bride and groom looked sweet together and the bride is so pretty ok..me and hana were like OMG she's so pretty and fair!haha..

Tom Yam soup!

went to this tom yam stall at seksyen 19 in Shah Alam the other night..actually we wanted to go to the stall we went earlier on before because they serve real tom yam soup..i meant the white color original tom yam soup without the paste but the stall was closed that night.. :( i tell u the original tom yam soup is way much better than the real tom yam soup! it's amazing because the soup still tastes like tom yam even though no tom yam paste is being added..but the other stall's tom yam soup is tasty as well! I just love tom yam soup!!

So yesterday...

Spent a night at Pyramid hotel with my sister..went to this Korean stall at Asian Avenue that is called "Ccozi & friends" . I've been wanting to try Korean food since long long time ago..but it was disappointing because it's not as good as i expected it to be! the taste and smell are rather weird than that of Malaysian cuisine. I guess my tongue is just not meant for Korean food..because i really can't take the smell and taste! I'd rather eat sambal belacan or cili padi than to eat kimchi! omg! after eating, me and sister just felt like vomitting and i got all dizzy and headache all thanks to the food! I'm serious k...no more Korean food for me please!

After lunch, went to Summit to watch Quarantine because in Pyramid was full with people..i was a nice movie but i got all headache and felt like vomitting beause the movie is based on a guy video taping it all the way throughout the movie..my head was all dizzy!i hate those kind of movies!luckily i did not puke like i did when i was watching clover field some time ago...and luckily this story is not bad after all..i screamed, shouted, covered my eyes and kept saying OMG, shit, f*** all the way throughout the movie!haha sorry but i can't help it!lol..i had a great day today. wedding?

well last Saturday i went to my sister's friend's wedding..i can say that it was just a small wedding reception with close relatives and friends as the guests. and the worst part is that the food was sucks.tasteless i can say..that already makes a bad impression for that wedding reception..for me food is the most important thing in a wedding.well, the decorations are important too right! good food+perfect decorations+good company = a great wedding reception! but just a wedding reception itself can cause a bomb in your pocket..so many things to be planned and stuff..i wonder is it really worth doing it for as what people say it's once in a lifetime case..but how sure are you that the person that you are going to get married would be the one in your life? anyway, here are some pictures from the wedding :

It is finally done!

Crazy crazy day!!

Today was our first day of entrepreneurship project. Everything was so messed up..well what to do it was our first day of business..but i can say it went pretty good because we managed to sell quite a lot..it was damn tiring i can say...and something bad happened to me that makes me almost embarrased myself in front of the people!haha..maybe it was just my unlucky day..

Well for now, i just came back from the Sushi King outlet in Puchong..went there to buy the stuff for our business stall..found what we were finding, then was thinking of where to eat.. then suddenly maggie remembered that today Sushi King is having promotion for their members..the RM2 per plate of sushi promotion..so she quickly called the nearest Sushi King outlet to confirm it..then, when we finally confirmed that is true, we quickly rushed to Tesco because we guessed that it is located in Tesco..when we reached Tesco, we saw the Sushi King banner from afar and started shouting happily in the car!! :) was hyperly happy k! then, we waited for quite some time to be seated because it was super full! i didn't really eat that much because we went there quite late so not so much choices already..but overall it was worth it..and i already signed up for their membership! YEA! can start eating sushi like crazy next year! haha...

A very hectic and tiring day!! ( 11/10/08)

Well i started off the day by going to 1 utama with my bestie, mabel to collect our payment for the part time job that we did before Raya...supposed to go to the stupid hotel to collect our payment as well but the manager is on leave until monday. therefore, we have to go there again some other day..well we were kinda pissed off because it's been so long k and so many excuses have been given to us! well back to the story, we had nasi lemak 1st as our breakfast, then we walked around and around and then we met Michelle and Eugene..luckily they paid us our full payment, if not we have to go there again..damn happy k! and i felt happy to be at that place again!lol..

Then, we rushed back to my house to give the things that my mum asked me to buy...then again rushed to carrefour, Subang and met up with my group members for the entrepreneurship project..bought the things we wanted there but sadly not all the things can be found there! :(
when we were searching for the t-shirts and caps, my mum called and asked me to pick up my sis from tuition..then again rushed to taipan and headed home straight away after that..after awhile, they came to my house and we did the food demo..

As for tommorow, i need to wake up at 6am to fetch the part time maid because we're going to have an open house at my house tommorow..then, i need to go to giant and buy some stuff..then, go home and help my mum and stuff..what a tiring weekend i am having..and i still need to find the topic for my TIS report because need to submit it on monday!OMG..

College has started once again after the so-called long 1 month break..classes are resuming as normal...but i still feel like i'm not ready for it yet..with assignments and stuff..this term i have to work hard to achieve my goals and believe me i will! hope everything will be fine...

after 1 utama, me n my sister's bf went to Sunway Pyramid to break fast there because my sis had 2 break fast at her friend's house..reached there just in time for breaking fast because we got lost after sending my sis off..wanted to dine at Tony Roma's but it was full house..was quite sad though! in the end, we ended up at Pappa Rich kopitiam..the food was tasteless..i was quite sad but no choice because i had to fill my empty stomach..there, we saw a teenage couple hugging and french kissing at the end corner of the kopitiam! we were quite shocked because i mean like hello it's a public place and it's a holy month..people go there to dine and not to see your live romance drama..huh..i wonder what is happening to the teenagers nowadays..after that, we went to Zen Cafe by Secret recipe to have our dessert!the mini mud cake is awesome i tell you!what a yummy cake to end up my day! :)

Guess what i had KFC during breaking fast! well maybe for you it does not mean anything but for me and my sisters it's different because my mum rarely buys fast food to eat because she does not like it so yeah she will only buy it for us once in a blue moon..we were like damn happy k!well maybe not us maybe it was just me..haha..i remember the last time i had KFC was during my training days recently..actually we ordered the hot and spicy chicken but i think they gave us the new spice flavor..the taste is way much better than i thought it would be!love it so so much because of the strong flavor of herbs and spices that goes well with the chicken..but surprisingly i did not eat that much today..maybe due to the extreme consumption of food yesterday at SHOGUN! haha... will blog about it soon when i get the pictures from Sem...another happy news is that my elder sis will be coming home soon tonight! I'm going out wit my bestie, Mabel and my sis tomorrow! *happy* :) but for now i'm gonna have to start doing my report and get it done quickly so that i can enjoy my holidays!till then, good night!

well I'm starting with my own blog again! hope this time is for real..I'm currently on my term break now since i have just finished my industrial training for the third time now..after training, been desperately looking for a part time job to earn some cash..and that's why u can tell why me and mabel worked at Armada Hotel in PJ just for 2 days..even though the pay is damn freaking low k..but luckily we managed to get a job as promoters at 1 utama after that..the pay is not bad i can say because 1 day we can earn like almost RM100 including the commission. Well, that is consider quite a lot for us..

well here we are as the "Beijing 101" girls! got shocked when we found out that we had 2 promote a hair package treatment. It's something like Yun Nam hair care centre.

1st day of work :

Time flies really fast..10 days was just like a minute..It's funny about how we used to hate the job but now we kinda miss everything about it..i miss going to the shopping mall early in the morning everyday when there's no one there except for the workers who work there and go back home late at night..i miss the delicious food there, the people there and also the place..i miss crispy chicken, oyster mee suah, jusco's nasi lemak n keoy teow, la boheme bakery, the food court, big apple, the brownies from jusco, watsons and the nice toilet with big mirrors! eventhough it was a tough job, needing to meet the sales target everyday, but we had fun though with all the laughing like 2 crazy monkeys to which we laughed so loud until we sat on the floor and the workers at watsons and the people who passed by were just staring at us! it's been so long since i had felt that happy again..nothing beats the companian like working with your bestest friend you see..
